Phase 2: Data Analysis & Modeling

- Conduct segmentation analysis to classify real estate opportunities based on risk-return profiles.
- Develop time series analysis to forecast real estate trends and market fluctuations.
- Perform geospatial analysis to assess site accessibility, neighborhood development potential, and environmental risks.

- Technical report on predictive models, key insights, and statistical methodologies used in analysis.
Phase 3: Dashboard Development & Data Visualization
- Design and develop an interactive dashboard using Tableau/Power BI to display key decision criteria.
- Integrate real-time data feeds where applicable, such as market trends, zoning updates, and construction projects.
- Provide customizable filters for developers to analyze properties based on their specific investment criteria.
- Optimize user experience to ensure seamless navigation and accessibility for stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
