The main goal for the project is to create new social media content to promote the brand of Top Authority Marketing. The videos should be simple but effective, using an explainer video format to tell a story using a voiceover. Students will script and record a professional voiceover, and edit videos to convey the company's message based on their social media goals.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Consulting with the project manager to understand the goals and messages for the social media videos.

- Creating a script for each voiceover and video.

- Recording the voiceovers for each video.

- Editing and producing the visual and audio components of each video.

Tasks for learners to complete to achieve the project goal include:

- Script for each voiceover and video

- Recorded voiceovers for each video

- Edited and produced visual and audio components of each video

Final deliverables should include:

- A series of 3 to 5 social media videos that explain how Top Authority Marketing serves its clients and gives them an opportunity to connect with the company if they are interested in what they offer.

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

·     Who is the target audience for each video?

·     What important information needs to be included in each video?

·     Are there any specific editing techniques we want to be used?

·     Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.

·     What skills or technologies will help students to complete the project?

To complete this project, students can self-teach, but it is beneficial to be familiar with:

·     Video and media production.

·     Scripting.

·     Illustration.

·     Marketing.

Nice to haves:

Experience with iMovie, Final Cut Pro or other video editing software.

Again, students can complete this project without any of the prior knowledge listed here. Students will be expected to research and learn more about this above as the project goes along.
