Talent Tech Labs is searching for key research analyst interns throughout the year. We’re looking for people who are smart, analytical, and excited by the prospect of supporting a fun and fast-growing startup focused at the intersection of talent and technology. In this role, you have the unique opportunity to inform the Talent Tech Labs Ecosystem, relied on by companies such as Target, Atlassian, Siemens, KPMG and Amazon. Our team members are in New York, Austin, Palo Alto, Toronto, New Jersey, Colorado, Boston, Chicago and Ohio. This role is US based but will be virtual.

Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you have the unique opportunity to inform the Talent Tech Labs Ecosystem, relied on by companies such as Target, Atlassian, Siemens, KPMG and Amazon. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify and update our reports on emerging technology company profiles.
• Evaluate technology vendors for admission to the Ecosystem; analyze business model, competitive landscape, and product.
• Research current technology vendors to determine relevance, updates, and changes needed to the Ecosystem
• Synthesize findings and present recommendations to the research team
• Support the research team as needed to execute the annual research agenda

The intern will work closely with our Research Team and be directly supervised by our Vice President of Product. The intern will participate in weekly staff meetings as well as weekly Research huddles, in addition to scheduled 1:1 supervision. The intern will have access to our proprietary research and internal data as well as our Salesforce accounts to support the research process.
