Technical Support Specialist - Level 1 is part of the team responsible for day-to-day monitoring of the REV blockchain network. The Level 1 support team works with the Schedule Manager to coordinate shifts in rotation to monitor and to ensure network availability.

 

REV blockchain network is a layer-1 blockchain with smart contract functionality.

 

Rho Vision, as part of the Open Collective, develops open source Rho technology software for the Rho ecosystem.

Deliverables

●      Be familiar with basic blockchain concepts, such as:

  1. What is a block?
  2. How does it work?
  3. How does it advance?

●      Be available for on-call shifts in a scheduled rotation

●      Basic scripting in any language

Mentorship

Training and guidance will be provided by the Dev Ops Manager as well as Level 2 and 3 Support Specialists.
