Our content and database on our B to C Shopify Website is outdated. We also need custom reports configured. We will require a student to update content on the Website well as build reports that management teams can access. The website is also suited for desktop browser. we would want to explore making our site more mobile friendly.

We are here to mentor students and be part of the project. Accessible by cell, text, email and zoom 7 days a week 7 am to 10 pm.

We will properly guide the students step by step and encourage them to take initiative With regards to mentorship I focus on transfer of my knowledge, access to my network, skill development and career paths.

I only engage in these areas if the student has expressed interest in self improvement and has keen interest in learning.

I start with giving feedback as work is submitted. Through this process I can usually determine the level of engagement in the project or a genuine interest in learning vs just making money

It's also important to understand a students definition and interpretation of success and desired lifestyle. The beauty industry can cater to so many different skill sets. I love introducing the endless career opportunities in the beauty industry to the young generation.
