We would like students to help us create content aligned with our vision and mission. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

Your focus will be on expanding our social media presence and creating content for our monthly newsletter. As a leadership brand focused on developing leadership skill sets, we want to push out information in a fun and engaging way.

Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Write monthly blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
• Design social media strategies to promote our organizational services to different target groups.
• Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our industry & target markets,
• Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story
• Identify partners, sponsors and/or celebrities that share core values with flightunit

Students will work closely with the primary project manager, who will be supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

Any questions or clarity the student(s) needs will be provided promptly, so you are not left guessing what needs to be done.
