Focus:

The focus will be in mid-to-long-term buy-and-hold residential investing. The services would include the identification of undervalued properties, the pricing and negotiation research, as well as ongoing management of both long-term rentals and short-term rentals (Type 2, AirBNB, etc.) as options for income production.

Final project deliverables include professional presentations of:

• Objective situational assessments.
• Identification and evaluation of alternatives.
• Development of performance measures.
• Recommended strategies and actions, supported with financial analysis.

Your organization will receive:

• A 30 to 45-minute presentation on analysis, findings, and recommendations.
• A hard copy of the final project report (length of document depends upon scope of the project).
• Direct interaction with UT Dallas students/professionals for employment opportunities.
