Details

Path of Life Ministries is seeking to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its Supportive Services department, which includes Case Management and Workforce & Career Development. The current processes lack standardized workflows and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), leading to inconsistencies and potential inefficiencies in service delivery. The goal of this project is to create clear, concise, and comprehensive workflows and SOPs that align with the department's objectives and improve overall service quality. By standardizing these processes, the organization aims to ensure consistent service delivery, enhance staff training, and improve client outcomes. This project provides learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of process mapping, documentation, and organizational development in a real-world setting.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a set of detailed workflows and SOPs for the Supportive Services department. These documents should outline step-by-step procedures for key processes in Case Management and Workforce & Career Development. Additionally, the deliverables should include a summary report highlighting the benefits of the new workflows and SOPs, as well as recommendations for implementation and staff training. The final documents should be clear, user-friendly, and ready for immediate use by the department.
