Wouessi Inc. seeks to analyze and enhance the organizational culture of its digital division. The goal is to identify the unique strengths of WOUESSI Digital’s current culture and align these with industry best practices. The project aims to propose actionable strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and impactful workplace environment. This involves examining existing cultural elements, gathering insights from employees, and benchmarking against successful organizational cultures in similar industries. The project will provide an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of organizational behavior and change management. The tasks are closely related and designed to be completed by a team of learners within a single academic program, such as business administration or human resources management, ensuring a focused and cohesive approach.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive report detailing the analysis of WOUESSI Digital’s current organizational culture, highlighting its strengths and areas for improvement. Additionally, the team will provide a set of actionable strategies and recommendations to enhance the workplace environment. A presentation summarizing the findings and proposed strategies will also be delivered to Wouessi Inc.'s management team. These deliverables will be designed to be clear, concise, and practical, ensuring they can be effectively implemented by the company.

Participants will undertake the following tasks:

Employee Engagement:

  • Design and execute a survey or interviews to gather employee feedback on WOUESSI's culture.
  • Analyze findings to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of opportunity.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop actionable recommendations to align the culture with WOUESSI’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Create a roadmap for implementation, including communication strategies and engagement plans.

Presentation:

  • Deliver a comprehensive report and presentation summarizing findings and recommendations.
