Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Our organization is opening a new division of our company to target local farmers and producers who want better marketing for their venues and products (link farms with petting zoos, brunches, goat yoga, event rentals for Weddings, farmers market materials, etc). We like help creating a brand guide for this new branch since we see it as a very different clientele we'll need to attract and mostly via social media marketing. We are looking for a student or team that can help flesh out our colour palette and online voice for this brand identity, making an easy to follow guide that all future employees can use for reference. We have an overarching Brand Guide for our parent company (UpMedia Video) that we really like and aim to follow, as well as add aspects to amplify what makes us unique for BC farmers to understand why they should choose us.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

We believe this project will require:

  • Research to discover colours and fonts that complement what we already have and further define who we are
  • Logo options that highlights brand positioning and versions that will work for different major holidays
  • Using tools like indesign or similar to design the brand guide so it can be implemented into our marketing collateral
