Our organization is passionate about providing mental health services to people across the lifepan. Our sister agency also provides therapists with training. We ​​want to increase awareness about online mental health

We would like to collaborate with students to create an awareness video about the accessibility of mental heath services online.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

• Familiarizing themselves with online therapy, our agencies ability to provide the same
• Recording a presentation or screencast to raise awareness on the issue.
• Finding and applying suitable background music.
• Adding text, transitions, and overlays to the video.

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

• Presenting the video and making edits based on feedback.
• Recommending ideas and editing tools for future awareness videos.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

• Understanding of mental health service provision online, our mission and goals
• Development of an awareness video

Bonus steps would include:

• Revising the video based on feedback
• Recommending ideas and tools for future videos

Final deliverables should include

• A finalized video.

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

• Our organization’s mission and goals
• Our awareness campaigns
• Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
