The PHXMF Experience aims to attract innovative companies and individuals in the film and music industry to showcase their products and services. The goal is to enhance or streamline workflows within these industries by encouraging participation as exhibitors, presenters, and demonstrators at the upcoming event hosted at the Arizona State University MIX Center in February 2025. The project involves developing a comprehensive outreach and engagement strategy to identify and connect with potential exhibitors. The team will research industry trends, identify key players, and create a compelling value proposition to encourage participation. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply marketing and communication skills, as well as event planning knowledge, to a real-world scenario.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed outreach and engagement strategy document, a list of potential exhibitors with contact information, and a marketing pitch or presentation tailored to attract these entities. Additionally, the team will prepare a timeline for engagement activities leading up to the event. These deliverables will collectively support the successful recruitment of exhibitors for the PHXMF Experience.
