- HTML, CSS, web coding and software.
- Social Media, Email, Google, and Facebook Marketing.
- Microsoft 365 and how the tools can assist marketing efforts.

Ultimately, you will be working on digital marketing for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools and mechanics. We want to work with students to work on things they are skilled in or want experience with.
To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:
- Work on social media design and implementation
- Develop meaningful analytics for our organization
- Work with the marketing team to develop digital marketing processes for our website and outbound channels
- Use existing organization tools to bolter our digital marketing efforts
Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
The student will work with the Assistant Marketing Coordinator and the Executive Director closely to achieve the goals outline in the project.
About the company
Kids On Track is a community-building organization that provides hope, direction, and ongoing support for children, youth, and their parents.
Educational, social, spiritual, and recreational elements are combined to deliver well-rounded programs. We cultivate relationships, encouraging participants in faith, character and leadership development, social skills, and a healthy lifestyle. We strive to support families experiencing limited opportunities due to various socioeconomic challenges.
Since 1992, we have expanded our programs to respond to changing needs in the community and new opportunities to help at-risk kids and their families. We currently have more than 1,000 participants actively engaged in our programs. Our volunteer base has grown to a team of more than 314 volunteers who collectively contributed 4,469 service hours in our last fiscal year (Sept. 1, 2018 – Aug. 31, 2019).
