The main goal for this project is to analyze, map, understand, create backlog, refine backlog, and conduct user testing for Rocketsolid's existing app with 200 users. The project aims to capture current use cases, prioritize a backlog, and map current user experiences to enhance the user experience of the app. This project is suitable for product owners, information architects, user experience designers, marketers, and business analysts.

The tasks that learners will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:

• Analyzing the existing app and its user base to understand current use cases and user experiences
• Mapping the current user experiences to identify pain points and areas for improvement
• Creating a backlog of features and enhancements based on the analysis and mapping.
• Refining the backlog by prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs and business goals
• Conducting user testing to gather feedback and validate the backlog items

By the end of the project, learners should have completed the following tasks:

• An analysis report of the existing app and its user base, including use cases and user experiences
• A user experience map highlighting pain points and areas for improvement
• A prioritized backlog of features and enhancements for the app
• User testing results and feedback to validate the backlog items

Final deliverables may include:

• A comprehensive report detailing the analysis, mapping, backlog creation, and user testing process
• Recommendations for user experience enhancements based on the findings
• A presentation summarizing the project findings and proposed enhancements for the app
