We are looking for university/college students to conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitors, validate concepts for health-focused mobile applications, and present top recommendations. This project will help uncover critical pain points faced by clinicians, home healthcare agencies, and patients, identify gaps in current software solutions, and assess business models for emerging opportunities. Your research will help shape the development of innovative, tech-driven solutions that improve efficiency, scheduling, and patient communication in home healthcare and beyond.

Deliverables

For this project, we are looking for a comprehensive and in-depth study addressing:

  • Market Research & Concept Validation – Investigate healthcare technology trends and validate potential mobile app solutions.
  • Competitor Analysis – Analyze industry leaders (will be provided) to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market gaps.
  • Pain Point Identification – Research key challenges faced by clinicians, agencies, and patients to uncover unmet needs.
  • Industry Data & Statistics – Compile relevant healthcare and technology market data to support product feasibility.
  • Business Model Assessment – Evaluate different monetization and go-to-market strategies for health tech solutions.
  • Gap & Opportunity Analysis – Identify ways our company can differentiate and innovate within the existing market.


Bonus steps would capture the top 1-2 product recommendations inclusive of supported researched data and the most effective marketing strategies for our small business to approach.


Final deliverables should include:
