The main goal overall is to optimize our social media platforms to reach our audience for in-home supports. We need to target through well thought content creation and content calendar organization. We want to improve our hiring ads, recruitment marketing and then also target our clients and up our sales through community partnerships/cross collaborations via our podcast and networks.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
The tasks will include, social media content creation, branding, marketing strategy and expansion campaign for across Canada. The interns will also provide sales calls, B2B sales calls and create meetings for the owner and co-president. The interns will implement their strategies and communicate with admin staff, employees and potential clients.
Deliverables include: - Content Calendar, Social Media posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter.
- Recruitment and Selection posters/ads
- Marketing tools such as brochures, pamphlets and comparison to competitors
- Analytics Data from each platform
- marketing strategy & plan to implement
- Website clicks / Google SEO / Google Analytics
- Provide Customer Service regarding inquires from social media or emails
- Create scripts for podcast guests
How will you support learners in completing the project?
We support the interns with training over zoom & phone conference. Our Human Resources team will on-board and orient the interns regarding our policies, procedures, internal information; Our team is available for any questions or further training if necessary. We welcome open thinking and ideas, our admin team will advise regarding team roles, delegate tasks and create organization for optimization during the project.
What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?
Social media training, marketing, analytics, niche branding and knowledge of healthcare industry if possible.
- Website clicks / Google SEO / Google Analytics (Business Operations)
- Provide Customer Service regarding inquires from social media or emails (Customer service)
- Promote platforms by introducing community partnerships, setting up calls for the owner and co-president (Community Outreach)
- Keeping in touch with Law firms, clinics, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals and community pillars to spread brand awareness and let them know about our services, promote us as a service provider (Communications)
