Details

This project involves data collection for a large scale analysis of perspectives on music fandom. The project will provide insights into the nature of fandom and applies to both marketing and consumer behaviour. This research will be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal upon completion.

Deliverables

The students must have expertise in research methodology, have strong computer skills (especially Excel and NVivo). The students will be involved in gathering the qualitative data from online sources, entering it into a spreadsheet, and conducting the preliminary qualitative analyses.

Mentorship

I will provide guidance on data collection and analysis. I will hold weekly meetings for updates and training. The students will have access to all necessary software and to computers if needed.
