We are a video and animation production company look to expand our reach to new customers.
The ideal candidate will have a love of digital marketing and a background in HubSpot as we are just getting started with the program. As a Digital Marketing & Automation intern, you will be working as part of a dynamic and passionate team to help with aligning our marketing & sale activities into a streamlined system so we can build brand value, drive awareness, engagement, and grow client acquisition.
The primary focus for the student will be one or multiple of the following:
- Prospecting Strategy - Evaluate our current customer base and make recommendations for further market impact; assess our current outreach process and develop and implement targeted prospecting; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content.
- CRM & Marketing Automation - Develop and implement HubSpot Workflows & tools that helps us gain more leads and close more deals.
- Market Research - Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for new or existing services; identify expansion opportunities; identify key messaging for our services.
- Strategic Social Media Relationship Building - develop and implement social media strategies that improve our online presence and increase engagement; create a content calendar; creating useable social media and blog posts.
Here are examples of the specific tasks you may be asked to carry out (depending on your expertise and area of interest)
- Assist the marketing team in various marketing campaigns.
- Research and edit content for different social media platforms (primarily Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin).
- Develop a solid understanding of sales-specific business processes through the use of Hubspot CRM.
- Explore and develop new leads and prospects
Qualifications Preferred
- Education and/or experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, Communications, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Good knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides, Forms) & HubSpot
- Passion for Sales
- Responsible, attention to detail, creative
Our goal at the end of this experience is:
- Prospecting Strategy - For the students to help us implement better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales team's performance.
- Market Research - For the students to help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned, and our services and pricing aligns with our target sector/customer.
- CRM & Marketing Automation - For student to practice their knowledge of HubSpot tools and show customer/sales growth.
- Branding and Marketing Communications - For the students to help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share.
