We are a cleantech startup that develops an innovative technology to repurpose the EV batteries into energy storage systems.

We need to develop a Business Strategy that would shed light for the next 5 years of our life cycle of the company.

Main targets of the project:

1. How can my business create value for customers?
2. How can my business create value for employees?
3. How can my business create value by collaborating with suppliers?

Renewable Energy and Energy Storage are two turning point industries that is forecast to have a 7X market size in the next 3 years.

• Setting Purpose-Driven Strategic Goals,
• An underlying framework of horizontal perspectives arranged in a cause and effect relationship, typically Financial, Customer, Process and Learning & Growth,
• Balanced scorecard,
• SWOT and/or PASTEL
• A 30-minute presentation describing the research, reasoning, and suggested implementation for each strategy.

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

• Are there any bottlenecks we are currently aware of?
• Which aspects of our operational processes work well for us? Which do we want to change?
• Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter..
