Poubelle Ecologique, a company specialising in sustainable waste management solutions, wants to structure its accounting, financial management and fund acquisition processes. 

The project aims to put in place structured financial tools to facilitate

1. the preparation and monitoring of budgets (forecasts, actuals, cost variances, etc.)
2. financial reporting, 
3. preparing tax reports.
4. Prepare a financial plan

Learners will apply their knowledge of financial management principles to design a comprehensive financial toolkit tailored to the needs of the business. 

The project will provide a practical application of the theories taught in class on budgeting, recording accounting transactions and preparing tax returns, enabling learners to develop skills in creating financial tools and writing financial reports.

The missions of the versatile accountant that Poubelle Écologique is looking for consist of the creation of a toolbox / Excel software adapted to the company to facilitate:

1. General accounting: Recording of accounting transactions (suppliers' invoices, expense reports, etc.), preparation of tax returns.
2. Financial analysis: preparing financial reports, analysing accounts.

The deliverables of this project are as follows:

1. A complete Excel financial management toolkit, including budgeting templates (forecast, actual, variance) and financial reporting templates.
2. Tax reports prepared for the current year.
3. A presentation summarising the financial tools and actions taken in relation to the  tax returns.
4. Present a financial plan that will helps investors to understand their advantage with us.

These results will demonstrate the students' ability to integrate classroom learning with the practical application of accounting in business.
