In order to optimize device deployment for hybrid work, we want to simplify how devices get deployed, reset, repurposed – all with a zero touch for IT and a great user experience.
Project Objective
Work with the IT team to deploy autopilot for each of the following options
- User-drive mode
- Hybrid azure ad joins
- Existing devices

What you’ll do (Projects):
- Plan, Architect and design: Identify and define goals and intelligence to be gathered
- Communicate and collaborate: Operate as a liaison between technical personnel and the business-users, conducting research and working with team to perform configuration
- Documentation. Create supporting documentation and knowledge transfer documents.
Tasks for this project include documentation of work performed and recommendations based on the following:
1. Business requirements
a. Define scope and selection process
b. Understand the business needs
2. Discovery
a. Understand marketplace capabilities and trends
b. Discover solution alternatives
c. Gather and prioritize feature requirements
3. Evaluate
a. Gather and prioritize metrics to support data drive comparison of vendor / product features and capabilities
b. Evaluate top vendor products and narrow field to maximum of 3
4. Selection
a. Create weighted vendor selection decision model
b. Validate key issues with deep technical assessment, trial configurations
