Note: The goals can be edited based on the student's feedback and experience. Each goal could be an internship milestone. It is possible a student will only be assigned one or two milestones based on their availability.

1_marketing communications framework
- To review, suggest & change existing framework
2_marketing automation
- To compare current & future software, help set up chosen software, create test campaigns
3_email newsletters
- To review & edit Emozo’s newsroom, identify news topics, suggest & create templates, help execute & analyze campaigns
4_lead gen campaigns
- To document & review existing campaigns, suggest & implement improvements
5_standard email communication
- To document & assess, suggest & implement improvements to existing communication
6_feedback and advocacy communication
- To document & assess, suggest & implement improvements to the existing program
7_automated product communication
- To document & assess, suggest & implement improvements to existing communication

Staff support:
- Daily stand-up video calls to discuss progress, questions, and ideas with the marketing team
- One-to-one sessions to go deeper with the VP, Global Marketing
- Group calls with other team members

- Files will be shared
Other:
- Join bi-weekly company meetings
- Flexible hours and a work-from-anywhere policy are standard
