1_To establish and implement a marketing communications framework for various stakeholders

2_To plan and implement marketing automation (email newsletter vs lead gen campaigns)

3_To establish and create email newsletters

4_To review and support lead gen campaigns

5_To review and revise standard email communication

6_To review and revise feedback and advocacy communication

7_To review and revise automated product communication

All goals require initial Emozo Labs software testing (respondent and customer experience) and documentation of results.

Note: The goals can be edited based on the student's feedback and experience. Each goal could be an internship milestone. It is possible a student will only be assigned one or two milestones based on their availability.

This is an unpaid, part-time or full-time, internship.

Deliverables

1_marketing communications framework

  • To review, suggest & change existing framework

2_marketing automation

  • To compare current & future software, help set up chosen software, create test campaigns

3_email newsletters

  • To review & edit Emozo’s newsroom, identify news topics, suggest & create templates, help execute & analyze campaigns

4_lead gen campaigns

  • To document & review existing campaigns, suggest & implement improvements

5_standard email communication

  • To document & assess, suggest & implement improvements to existing communication

6_feedback and advocacy communication

  • To document & assess, suggest & implement improvements to the existing program

7_automated product communication

  • To document & assess, suggest & implement improvements to existing communication

Mentorship

Staff support:

  • Daily stand-up video calls to discuss progress, questions, and ideas with the marketing team
  • One-to-one sessions to go deeper with the VP, Global Marketing
  • Group calls with other team members

Access to tools and technology:

  • Free access to Emozo's platform

Access to data:

  • Will be provided if needed

Access to files:

  • Files will be shared

Other:

  • Join bi-weekly company meetings
  • Flexible hours and a work-from-anywhere policy are standard
