What is the main goal for this project?

The Yonge North York BIA is seeking assistance in creating a member handbook to welcome new businesses opening in our corridor. Include information about the services, support available, and general contact details for inquiries related to Yonge North York BIA.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Prepare a membership strategy and templates:

  • Create an attractive welcome package, incorporating elements from the provided reference, and ensure it aligns with our interim branding. Utilize design software like Canva for this task.
  • The member welcome package should be formatted so that it is easy to adjust and rebrand each year.
  • Incorporate input and suggestions from our project team members.
  • Write content and review case studies.
How will you support learners in completing the project?

Our project team member will be the main contact person, and will be available via email and phone. A project briefing and check ins will be provided via Zoom and scheduled in advance. Work is to be reviewed and provided in shared documents to our team via comments. We will set up a Google Documents folder for the project and start a file in Canva to share with you for your work.
