Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

We want a new website for our organization that integrates with our membership database. We aren’t sure which platform we would like for it to be built on, but we have an idea of what we would like it to do. We would like to work with students to build and design a public- and member-facing website.

Students should be prepared to:

  • Conduct a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable for integration
  • Build a fully-functioning website.
  • Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

A fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy. The website should be built on WildApricot systems and may need some indesign or Canva design to support the overall design and feel.

How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will have the opportunity to work alongside the Project MAnager that will over see thier projects with weekly check in and feedback reports on a bi-weekly basis.
