Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Our project is focused on creating blog and media content for our website and sales pages. We want to create content that can be used across Pinterest, Instagram and TIkTok that is engaging and built off of our brand story.

We want to work with a single student looking to gain experience in working with a marketing and editorial calendar.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
  • Provide content suggestions and work with team on setting objectives for that content
  • Strategic Media Marketing - develop and implement assets that are appropriate for each platform.
How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include 5 hours of focused mentoring on their area of choice.

We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: Company Slack channel, Zoom, in person if applicable

About the company

Brave Soles are handmade leather shoes with hand-cut recycled tire soles and accessories. Through our simple processes, we help to generate employment for 20 people in both Canada and Dominican Republic. We are also focused on keeping our processes simple, easily reproduced and able to provide many avenues of enterprise that helps to make a more equitable world. We are ecommerce based but sell through many channels.
