Renno & Co is looking to partner with student[s] to assist in the overall execution of information technology infrastructure and cybersecurity. We are looking for someone who is collaborative with strong technical knowledge and a deep understanding of the latest trends in the IT market. The job will involve working collaboratively with the other technologists, entrepreneurs, and lawyers to secure Renno & Co assets and accounts.

The role is for someone who understands both the fast-paced nature of business and startups, along with growing technical skills. An active developer portfolio and hacker mentality are preferred.

Renno is a boutique firm primarily based in Montreal and Toronto, but with complete digital operations. We are passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and startups throughout all stages of their journey. We understand and appreciate the complexities of their journey and the pain of pain that legal can be in that growth. About the Project

The role will involve working closely with the Business & Legal to ensure the execution of a variety of IT mandates. This project will include the following:

a. Analyzing the overall cybersecurity infrastructure of Renno & Co.

b. Assisting in the market research of the latest trends in cybersecurity, including active directory systems, cloud management and user account acess.

c. Assisting in the deployment of various tools, technologies and procedures within Renno & Co and it's overall technical environment.

To be successful in the position, we are looking for the following:

* Undergraduate student in any engineering or computer science field.

* Active git/development portfolio to showcase and build upon.

* Strong teamwork skills, including project management and being able to leverage the latest collaboration software, including Microsoft365 and Asana.

* Bilingual [FR/EN], with additional languages being considered an asset;

This position is a student internship position made to start with the opportunity for growth into a more formal position as it evolves.

You are comfortable operating digitally. In an exponentially changing world, you understand that the tech stack used to execute mandates will continue to evolve. You are not only comfortable picking up new tools quickly but understand where trends are going and how to make the most of them.
