We would like student(s) to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student(s) has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

Boss Women International is an online community with 9,000 members and will launch a learning management system in early 2023. As part of this project, we require support with content marketing for engagement. We are building a funnel of evergreen vlog and social media content to be used throughout the year.

Based on our goals, we are looking for the student to work on the following:

• Content Calendar Curation: timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site
• Social Media Management: overseeing different channels that we own and keeping them up-to-date
• Search Engine and Social Media Optimization
• Other marketing-related tasks

• Write social media content, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
• Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization
• Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector
• Identify SEO keywords that are most beneficial to increase our ranking

Students will walk away with best practices for developing a content framework.

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. With close to a decade of practice, participants will gain the opportunity to experience Online Advertising, Strategic Marketing & Business Administration. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
