The focus of this project will be determined by your organization and can include any employee group (e.g. senior managers, volunteers, etc.). Your goals are also customizable; for example, you may want to focus on employee morale, communication, or leadership development. Example focus areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting an assessment of coaching needs and recommendations on styles of coaching and external resources for your team.
  • Determining a practical set of low-cost coaching methods to incorporate into existing management practices.
  • Developing a coaching plan focused on leadership development for emerging leaders in your organization.

  • Learn more about the practice of coaching.
  • Learn about locally-available coaching resources.
