Details

The Force for Health® Network aims to engage students and community members in health initiatives by building a chapter at a university. This chapter will focus on addressing social determinants of health through various public health projects. The problem at hand is the lack of organized student involvement in public health initiatives that target social determinants of health. The goal is to create a sustainable and active chapter that can lead and participate in health projects, thereby improving community health outcomes. Students will apply their classroom knowledge in public health, community engagement, and project management to establish this chapter. The project will involve tasks such as recruiting members, organizing events, and collaborating with local health organizations.
