- Develop Perspectives: Formulate a perspective on what best-in-class marketing initiatives look like.
- Create a Repository: Compile a swipe file of exemplary marketing examples for reference in the guide.
Writing:
- Draft a Comprehensive Guide: Create a clear and easy-to-understand guide on executing a key marketing project. Include sections on:
- Ensure Consistency: Maintain tone consistency and flow by leveraging past PMM Files examples.
- Engage with Professionals: Optionally, reach out to PMMs on LinkedIn for their insights and inputs.
Incorporate Feedback:
- Collaborate with Our Team: Work with our team to review the guide.
- Revise as Needed: Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
Final Deliverables:
