1. We currently operate without a market department and without a CMO so students will be challenged to form a comprehensive strategy to express our unique sales proposition in a clear and powerful way while creating lasting suggestions that will form the future of our organization.

3. Ecoservice is North America's leader in shared mobility solutions, offering services and technology to the rapidly growing car-share industry. World class customers such as BCAA evo, Zipcar, BMW ReachNow, AAA Gig all are powered by our operational field staff, strategies and some of our technology. We're evolving our technology platform which will automate operations for a car-share and become the backbone for an autonomous fleet. We plan to launch this product in September 2017 and hope to plan our marketing efforts accordingly.

Project Plan: Students will meet with organization and conduct industry research to develop a semester plan for the project.

Phase 2

Status Report: Students conduct primary research and customer discovery to develop a status report and detailed steps for completion of the project.

Phase 3

Delivery of what was outlined and reconfirmed in the status report.
