- What is the main goal for this project?

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.
We are a Canadian-based company that introduced our first product in 2021. We surpassed our pre-order sales expectations and have been rapidly growing in 2022. We are in need of a digital content creator to produce high quality content for online marketing purposes.
Ultimately, you will be working on marketing strategy, tactics and content creation for our organization. This includes video, social media, and other collateral that can be used as go-to marketing tools in line with with the overarching strategy.

- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:
- Capture and edit high quality photo and video content
- Develop marketing strategy and tactical execution
- Create short form video content for TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms
- Write blog articles, LinkedIn posts and other content pieces on assigned topics
- Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization
- Develop marketing materials such as short form video ads or PDF one page handouts
- Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
Comparable photo and video content will be provided, however the content creation will not be limited to the samples.
A kickoff session will occur to ensure there is clear direction and the student has everything needed to succeed in the project.
