The goal of this project is to design a responsive dashboard for both web and mobile platforms, enabling users to monitor and control their indoor environment. Key aspects include managing temperature, humidity, air quality, and system status. The interface should be intuitive, prioritizing privacy, efficiency, and control, while supporting manual overrides and smart scheduling. This project offers learners the opportunity to apply their knowledge in UI/UX design, computer science, and software engineering to create a local-first interface that translates environmental sensor data into actionable insights.

Deliverables:

• Figma (or equivalent) mockups of the dashboard UI
• User flow diagrams (e.g., monitoring, override, alerts, routines)
• Mobile and desktop variants
• Optional: user feedback summary or mock user test
• Notes on how data is represented clearly and meaningfully

Student Learning Outcomes:

• Designing UI/UX for real-world IoT systems
• Translating environmental sensor data into actionable interfaces
• Creating responsive, local-first interface logic
