Details

Apollo Hospitals aims to refine its patient feedback collection process for both inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) services. The current system has been identified as having gaps that may hinder the hospital's ability to achieve service excellence and improve patient satisfaction. The project seeks to evaluate the existing feedback mechanisms, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies to enhance the overall process. Learners will apply their knowledge of healthcare management and data analysis to assess the effectiveness of current feedback tools and recommend actionable improvements. The goal is to ensure that patient feedback is collected efficiently, accurately, and in a manner that informs service enhancements. This project will provide learners with practical experience in healthcare operations and quality improvement.

Deliverables

The project will result in a comprehensive report detailing the evaluation of the current feedback process and recommendations for improvement. Deliverables include:

- An analysis of the existing feedback collection methods for IP and OP services.

- Identification of gaps and inefficiencies in the current system.
