What is the main goal for this project?

Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for one MBA level student. It is a paid internship.

Please note that this internship will be partially funded by the Employment and Social Development Canada’s Student Work Placement Program (SWPP) and therefore, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • The student must be enrolled at a post-secondary institution, and must be registered in the program during their placement.
  • The placement must be a required component of the student’s academic program.
  • The student must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have refugee status. International students, including those with work visas, are not eligible.

The primary focus for the student will be: The successful candidate will lead the development of an internationally recognized profile for Third

Party Risk Institute Ltd. and develop/execute strategies to attract members and students in its eLearning programs specializing in third party risk management. The successful candidate will develop and execute a digital marketing plan, and liaise with universities and other organizations, creating a strategy and plan to resell C3PRMP and eWorkshops to their members and students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters in Marketing (in progress)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Professional, personable, and emotionally intelligent
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics
  • Up—to-date on latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Strong initiative and an ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a membership engagement strategy and plan for Third Party Risk Institute
  • Plan and execute a Digital Marketing campaign (membership and training solutions)
  • Create measurable key performance and risk indicators
  • Analyze costs and estimated return on investment
  • Develop and monitor campaign budget(s)
  • Measure and report on the performance of the campaign and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop a compelling value proposition for reseller agreements with universities
  • Identify decision makers and key influencers, initiate outreach
  • Identify trends, and optimize opportunities and rewards
  • Brainstorm existing and new, creative growth strategies
  • Design, build and maintain a strong social media presence
  • Develop framework for relationships with universities
  • Write and develop detailed and engaging curriculum content for e-workshops and Master Classes including audio scripts and slide materials derived from existing materials and research
