Kaizen Institute North America is converting it's training programs in Lean from a model that offers live in-classroom training to one that delivers the same quality Lean training in the online environment.

We are in the middle of the transformation, and invite someone who is in the late stages of their education to join us on putting the finishing touches on the training and help to design a roll-out of the program.

The program we'll be working on is the Online Yellow Belt. It's an introductory program in the basics of Kaizen/Lean.

The program will be offered online and be instructor led.

Areas of particular interest to us include:

• Students in Manufacturing/Engineering/Operational Excellence with a focus on Continuous Improvement methods.
• Students with an interest in adult education
• Students with an interest in marketing programs across North America
• Students who would be interested in participating in a live internship in Lean Consulting following the program.
