- What is the main goal for this project?

We need support to use your HR strategy and compensation design skills for the following few social projects. Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for at least 4 students.
- Impactrio Inc.: Impactrio is a consulting firm that is trying to evolve into a full-service consulting consortium to bring a few more consultants to be part of it. We need a strategy of identifying the right consultants, how can onboard and.or collaborate, and compensate.
- Wheel for Change: a web application that will help social entrepreneurs design their program, apply for funding, and measure social impact to share with the funders and stakeholders. We need a strategy of identifying the right co-founders and leadership+advisory team, how can onboard and.or collaborate, and compensate.
- U Impactify: A hybrid (online+ offline coaching) learning platform specialized in social innovation, sustainability, and soft skills. We need a strategy of identifying the right co-founders and leadership+advisory team, how can onboard and.or collaborate, and compensate.
- Solutionally Speaking: A post-journalism platform that will shine a spotlight on what traditional journalism misses, how the same action can affect differently to different marginalized groups, particularly the stories of the thriving social innovation community trying to serve them. We need a strategy of identifying the right co-founders and leadership+advisory team, how can onboard and.or collaborate, and compensate.
We are expecting you to bring your comprehensive HR skills to help us in our startup stage to move forward.
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using Riipen messaging, Hangout/Skype/Zoom, email.
