True2Soul is preparing for rapid growth. We would like students' help to modify our current organizational structure to optimally manage our growth priorities.

To accomplish this, students will need to:

• Research & audit current positions, personnel, recruitment, hiring processes, job descriptions & template formats.
• Complete a gap analysis for the skills & positions needed.
• Generate a projection for personnel needs.
• Propose a reconfiguration of current organizational structure.
• Create/amend job descriptions & templates that best convey T2S culture & role responsibilities, which may include creating digital forms & information collection tools and onboarding new digital applications that enhance user experience and interaction.
• Develop a full onboarding guide, email templates, or recorded training sessions.

The final deliverables should take the form of:

• A proposal for reconfiguration of our current organizational structure
• Full onboarding guide, email templates and/or recorded training sessions
• A 30-minute presentation

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship, supervision throughout the project. Weekly communication with key management will provide guidance and support. Resources, access to the necessary tools, data and technology and training & orientation will be facilitated remotely by the appropriate departments. Staff will remain available for follow-up and continued support.
