Based on our unique goals and constraints, we would like students to develop a strong, competitive financial business plan, which we can present for grant proposals, strategic planning an development.
The plan should include:
- Target market screening
- USA market, Europe Market
- Providing tactical or operational recommendations for a defined market entry/expansion strategy (i.e. hiring/management strategies, cultural norms, and laws/regulations)
- Identifying potential international partners for international expansion, and providing a brief strategic overview
Students will research, plan, draft and produce a business plan.
Students will get access to the CEO throughout the project.
