- What is the main goal for this project?

Our current web platform is an eCommerce site that allows our clients to purchase cloud subscriptions and software. Users have requested the functionality to contact buyers and/or sellers directly. To address this, we would like to add a real-time chat function to our existing website.
We would like students to focus on:
- Help us decide if we can use a Microsoft Chat Bot instead of our existing InstaBot app
- Selecting the best technologies for creating a real-time application.
- Creating a general chat application with chat scripts prepared to address our existing and potential customers' needs.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The final deliverables should take the form of a final report and presentation including:
- The reasoning behind the technologies chosen.
- Documentation around models and attributes used to model any data.
- A complete conversational script tree of all the possible conversation branches
- The product roadmap used to create the system and implementation plan including a list of user stories
- The source code for the system, preferably in a source control system such as Git.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship throughout the project. Also, we would be able to utilize help from the vendor (Microsoft) through our Premier Support Contract, if needed.
