What is the main goal for this project?

Who We Are: We provide Legal Services and HR Consulting to small and medium size businesses.

Our Current Challenge: We are looking for students to assist with our digital marketing strategy, we want to better understand our target market and audience as well as the overall market so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry.

Our Desired Outcome: We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us.

The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:

  • How should we promote our company?
  • What social media channels should we utilize?
  • What budget is appropriate for advertising?
  • What messaging should we use?

Students Day-to-Day could include:

  • Implement a digital marketing strategy and experience real time results by its impact on the business.
  • Identifying clients based on a specific criteria
  • Executing a marketing campaign using a mail distribution platform
  • Prepare articles and tools for the website and newsletter
  • Research and create practical tools for clients using branding that aligns with and builds on our existing branding.
  • Develop a targeted list of potential clients based on specific criteria for newsletter distribution
  • Write articles and blogs on HR topics for social media such as LinkedIn and Facebook

We legally represent clients on all labour law issues in Human Rights Tribunal, Small Claims Court, Labour Boards and WSIB.
