The client wants to create a new brand that will stand out in the market, understand the current market for denim for curvy women, and determine a social media strategy to build a following before launching the new denim line. Accordingly, we are to develop a market strategy that outlines the brand strategy for Belaca Beauty, assess the market, identify competitors in the space, profile our target customer, develop messaging and outline a social media and content marketing strategy to build awareness and a loyal online community that will enable our client to launch a successful brand.
We want students to help us build a marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us.
The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:
- What should be the brand strategy for our company?
- How do we promote our company?
- What is the denim industry like?
- Who are our competitors?
- How can we identify and attract our ideal customer?
- What messaging should we use?
- Which social media channels and strategies should we utilize?
Will provide mentorship on an as needed basis.
