Explore Cloud Computing In Retail Sector

In completing this project, we’re looking for three students with a strong background in cloud computing, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to apply technical knowledge to solve business problems. The findings of the market explore can be used to inform key business decisions such as product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts. The outcome of the project is a comprehensive report detailing the market insights and recommendations for successful market entry. It aslo involves spreading awareness about Cloud Computing in Retail market sector

• Define the scope of the research project and identify the research objectives
• Conduct a thorough review of relevant literature and industry reports to gather secondary data
• Develop a research plan and methodology, including determining the sample size and data collection methods (e.g. surveys, interviews, focus groups)
• Analyze the collected data using appropriate statistical methods and tools
• Evaluate the competition and identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis)
• Develop a profile of the target market, including customer needs, behaviors, and preferences
• Identify key trends and opportunities in the market
• Synthesize the findings and prepare a comprehensive report that includes recommendations for market entry
