Our company help light industrial, manufacturing, food-service, and warehouse company owners who own their own building and want to turn their biggest business liability into a cash-flowing, revenue-generating, long-term asset. We show them how to take these building liabilities and turn them into assets, get a return on the money they pay to the IRS, while having the Fed, State, and Utility Inbuilding improvements.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our company’s values, products and services.
  • Researching our target market and specific companies in that market
  • Research who the owner and CFO of the company is to contact
  • Recommending strategies to set appointments for our sales staff

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Recommending strategies to differentiate ourselves from our competition.
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Understanding of our target market and companies in that area
  • Understanding of our industry and competitors
  • Recommendation of strategies to improve sales
