Beauty Braids & Beyond aims to enhance its email marketing strategy to boost sales and strengthen brand engagement. The current challenge is to curate and deliver strategic email campaigns that effectively promote brand and product education, ultimately leading to increased sales. The project involves analyzing existing email marketing efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a series of targeted email campaigns. These campaigns should focus on engaging content, personalized messaging, and strategic timing to maximize open rates and conversions. The goal is to apply classroom knowledge of digital marketing and data analysis to create a measurable impact on sales through improved email marketing efforts. The project will be completed by a team of learners specializing in marketing or digital communications.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive report detailing the analysis of current email marketing efforts and a strategic plan for optimized email campaigns. The team will also create a series of three to five email templates that incorporate engaging content and personalized messaging. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the findings, strategies, and expected outcomes will be delivered to Beauty Braids & Beyond. The deliverables aim to provide actionable insights and tools to enhance the company's email marketing effectiveness.

Beauty, Braids & Beyond (BBB), co-founded by Rochelle, Tosin, and Jada, is an e-commerce beauty supply retailer that aims to revolutionize the beauty supply industry. By leveraging technology and through continuous research on Black hair, skin, and beauty, BBB will offer a personalized virtual shopping experience for all of our customers.
Business Objectives

BBB is dedicated to educating both women and men on the intersectionalities between science, culture, hair care, skincare, and beauty. Globally, many Women of Colour are unaware of the science behind healthy hair and skin. As a result, they routinely purchase ineffective hair and skin care products or utilize the wrong sequence of products to achieve their desired results. BBB uses education as a tool during our customersโ€™ shopping experiences to ensure they can make informed decisions about their purchases.
