About the project:

The main goal of this project is to develop and improve the quality of our online leadership training. To achieve this goal, we are recruiting interns to audit, review, and provide feedback on our existing material and come up with new ideas to improve it. We are looking for fresh ideas, innovative approaches, and thoughtful insights that our team can implement to strengthen the quality of training.

Who this is for:

This project is ideal for business, HR, or L&D students or recent graduates who are interested in improving their knowledge on the subject of leadership training. We are looking for individuals who take initiative and are excited about working with us to make our online leadership training the best in the industry.

Participants will be responsible for auditing, reviewing and providing ideas on:

• Content topics and content gaps
• Format
• Delivery and presentation
• Resources
• Quizzes/assessments
• Exercises
• Etc.

How will you support students in completing the project?

Each participant will be given a scholarship with full access to our online courses, materials, and tools in order to ensure that they are able to complete the project successfully. A member from our organization will be available to answer questions and provide feedback as needed.

Students will be provided with full free access to all of our leadership courses as well as guidance and support from our team.
