We would like to work with students to develop a actionable 'how to' website improvement SEO Strategy Plan that can be further implemented within our newly re-designed website. The site needs improvements, however it must remain operational as it will continue to take orders 24x7.

It is important for our website to have a hip vibe, be high tech and yet be very user friendly for a large demographic. Our client age demographic is between 19-80, median age 30-55.

Our website has hundreds of products in two product lines: general products and commercial products. The product listings and pages will eventually need to be edited, re-written and updated to increase SEO ranking. We need to understand how they must be optimized to better meet the readerships ability to find what they are looking for, learn about the products and how to use them, and then covert into a sale.

We would like students to conduct an site analysis and then provide a solid SEO Strategy Plan that includes detailed actionable feedback on how to accomplish this. These recommendations will become a guide to be followed in a separate implementation project.

The primary project requirements include the following deliverables:

Create a Website SEO Strategy Document containing:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords
• Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms for the Cannabis/Hemp/Herbal Industry as it relates to Extraction, Processing and Consumption for both the medical and recreational markets.
• Social Media SEO related updates
