We are currently reviewing applications for the position of Recruiting Student Internship with as soon as possible start date. If you are committed to providing superior results, have great attention to detail and are a team player, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Dependent on educational experience and may include:
- Review resumes and make judgements to further process canadidate
- Develop job postings and post jobs on company website and external job boards (unbranded/branded)
- Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines
- Lead and facilitate recruitment process (sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, making and negotiating offers)
- Conduct high volume Interviews and assess candidates in partnership with hiring panels
- Responsible for candidate scheduling, stage transitions and pipeline management
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
