- What is the main goal for this project?

Our company is rebranding, and we need a consistent brand identity. This includes colour palettes, graphic elements, social media templates, and branding guidelines. This could also include logo design, and naming.
We would spend time with the intern to discuss audience, historical branding, and future needs. The intern would take existing materials, and create consistent branding guidelines for website, promotional materials, packaging, and more. The intern would provide a document with guidelines, along with up to 5 social media templates, and any other brand collateral they have time for including product packaging, ad templates, newsletter header design, logo design, and more. The intern may also participate in generating ideas for a new name for the company.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Researching the brand identity.
- Work to create a branding guide for us to reference
- Help create prototypes using software tools that can be implemented in our marketing
- Research into the competitors to see what they are doing.
- Creating custom branding sheets with colours and logos.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities (this is basically a retelling of the steps above):
- Research into brand
- Brand reference
- templates for us to use
Bonus steps would include:
- additional brand assets
- logo design
