We have a retail management that creates store specific planograms. We would like to research how best our software could be used to increase sales in our client retail store. We believe that changing certain layouts of our client's stores could lead to more revenue per customer. We would like Engineering students to develop a system, which utilizes statistical analysis and optimization techniques to generate the most profitable layouts for our store(s).store-specific

We believe this project scope will include:

• Tracking current customer movement and purchase patterns.
• Identifying areas that could be altered for more ideal outcomes.
• Creating a program based on your gathered data, which will generate ideal layouts.
